Dell Inspiron N4050 touchpad and pointer I behaving erratic...

At some point it will stop and later it will start again...

I've installed all updates it's still happening...

And it does happen outside the windows environment... What I mean is that I experienced it when I was just doing a fresh installation on the laptop.

I've tried another AC adapter but it didn't help.

It does happen when it's on battery power.

Help!
