Should I wait for Gen two Ryzen and Possible Nvidia 1180?

I was considering to build a new high end Ryzen + Nvidia system. I wanted to used a 1920x with a 1080 ti, but now I'm questioning whether or not I should wait to build my system, because 2nd gen TR and rumors of a new Gen of Nvidia GPUs is coming. Should I wait?

Well if you an wait I'm waiting to 2019 7nm ryzen + new amd gpus (just to buy a nvidia at lower cost) I have a 1070 + 4790k i dont need an upgrade but if you need buy now

Id wait for 2920x, as it looks quite a bit better. Not sure on the 1180 though but if you can wait 3 months, i would.

I would wait for the new thread rippers because a bunch of embargoes on their specs just lifted which means that the launch can't be that far off.

Or read a few of the other Should I Wait threads as well, they cover basically everything that's known and unknown and made up
