I bought a RedRagon K552 Kumara and I instantly notcied that the D key is not clicky as the other, it sound silent and feels heavy. I contacted RedRagon and am still waiting for a response. What do you think guys? Is it a faulty key or just some dust that sneaked into it?.

Take off the keycap and inspect it's actually blue (may sound stupid, but I am just curious), otherwise they royally screwed up the design on one of the keyswitches.

I did not talk about anything that would void your warranted :P

Now if I said "just solder in a new switch", yeah that might void it. If I were you I would return this board and either ask for a refund or new board.
