Computer randomly turns on and goes to sleep at random

So I'm having this problem where my computer will just turn on at random times. I don't believe it's any wake on LAN setting since I have those turned off and the computer also will go to sleep at random when the random power on happens. I'm assuming it has something to do with my front power button on my case since when I detach the button from the motherboard, the issues stop. Any way of knowing how to go about this?

 

Case: Fractal Design R4

Motherboard: Asus Z97-A
