Hello,

I'm using two Windows 10 OSs in different partitions. (But different build numbers.) One is working fine. But system if so loud in other OS. I'm not sure it is GPU or CPU fans. (Using Corsair H75) I didn't chance any settings and fan speed set to auto in MSI Afterburner. Temps are also similar in both OS. (may be slightly low on the 'loud' OS. Any idea?

One of the OSs has either a program managing fan speed to make them quieter or louder or putting a load on a component, making the built in fan management increase RPM, like a crypto mining mining malware using your GPU.

Hi thank You. I found some process called 'Java Binary....' something. And it wasn't taking much resources. (10% CPU) But asap I end that fans turn down to normal.
