Grafic card for video editing and animation

Hello every body,

I'm looking for a decent grafic card for some video editing and animtion (in 1080p mostly) in Adobe After Affects and Cinema 4D. The video editing will be done in Adobe Premiere Pro. Also I will be doing some Photo editing most likely with Zoner Photo Studio X. I will not be doing it on daily bases just occasionaly. I DO NOT game on the PC. And the second biggest task I will be doing on this PC will be music editing and sheet music writing. I don't really have a budeget for it but I am looking for something in the GTX 1060 price range (500 USD is about the max I want to go). At this point of time I am very confused what to buy with the new Nvidia chips coming out. So please help me someone.

MOBO: MSI B350 Arctic Tomahawk

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw 2x8GB (planning to uprgade to 32Gb total) DDR4 3200Mhz CL 16

SSD: Samsung 970 EVO NVMe

PSU: Seasonic S12II 620W Bronze

Current GPU: Palit GTS 250 - Needs to be replaced with the new one I am looking for.

And if someone had a good tip on a monitor for a price to 120-150 USD it would be great.
