Get 48 USB modems and 24 RJ-11 cords and rig together a T1 Line.

If you could get the full 56Kbps, each line would give you 129GB of data per month totalling up to 3.1TB per month of data... At 1.544Mbps...

You cold triple the cost and get a T2 Line at a somewhat usable of 6.312Mbps with our more advanced codecs like if we had h265 in the 90's, you could have streamed VHS Quality Video on a T1 Line. It shows you how far we have come, in 1998, a T1 Line would have cost you $1k USD per month ($1.5k with today's inflation) and I pay $120 per month for TV, a Land Line and the equivalent of 650 T1 Lines.
