Does anyone know what desk Linus uses in his test videos?

You could try watching the wallpaper TV series. I don't think it existed until that, so it might be in there.

I think he says that it custom build in a video ware he complains about it

They may mention it in the video where they redid his office. This may coincide with the video where they installed the LG tv as was mentioned earlier.
