Big problem with my Logitech G29 Steering Wheel

I just wanted to play a game with my wheel so i started connecting all the cables to the wheel itself.

When i wanted to connect the pedals i pulled the cable too hard and the connector ripped right off.

Has anyone an idea of what i could do about this?

Thanks in advance!

Which connector?

It is probably possible to solder a new one or the old one depending on the condition.

Looks like a normal 9 Pin D-Sub connector to me.

Its a pretty clean rip so. Maybe?

But how can i open the connector. And which cables go to where?

It is a 9 pin D-sub connector. You can find new ones, but you will have to trim the fixing screws on them or they probably won't fit.

You can try to find wiring of the pedals online, or use a saw or a dremel to cut open this to see which wire goes to where.

Well unfortunately you ripped the wire completely, so there is going to some more work involved.

If it broke with like 1 cm after you could see the wire colors, and just solder them easily, or at least test which wire goes to where with a multimeter.
