Hello! I'm currently looking for some advice on some good 3D Animation, and Video editing laptops that I could use in college. Obviously a laptop is in no way ideal for this, but with a college dorm and traveling, you don't have much of a choice.

All the uses will be: 3D Animation and modeling using Blender, video editing with premiere and possibly other programs, recording gameplay at 1080p 60fps, and many other things.

My budget for this will be anywhere from $1,000-1,600. Cheaper is obviously better for college, but I need quality over anything else.

Here is what I've found to be the best so far, but feel free to nit pick it, and recommend better.

I hope you guys can help out, and that I gave enough information!

I live in Kansas at the moment. So US based stores. But I haven't had a chance to find very many, hense why I'm asking what some good computers are at that price point, and for those uses. If I knew every computer, I could probably do it myself xD

That's probably good. And there's always portable chargers, or plugging it in between class.

If you want good build quality and cooling:

1. MSI GE63

2. MSI GP63

3. Asus GL503/703 (CFL-H) - repaste is recommended

4. HP Omen dc

5. Lenovo Y530 (1050TI with 144Hz panel)

6. Dell G5/G7 - UHD panel is recommended

Also TongFang laptops:

CyberpowerPC Tracer III 15

CyberpowerPC Tracer III Slim / Eluctronics Mech-15 G2

I may missed out some options so let me know if you found other options
