Or should i get 1080 evga sc1 (its cheaper than 1070ti but a lot of bad reviews on it)

Im limited to 460$ max and i can't use step up program because i live in middle east , also its hard to replace cards i know there is a warranty but i dont wanna use it i want something sufficient

I'd advise to you wait for the next gen, they're not that far off if all the rumours are true.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

If you already have a PC wait for the new GPU announcement on Aug 20th.

Also if you only have a 1080p 60hz display you don't need a 1070ti.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I sold my old pc so im dying to get one

I know the 1080 is better but alot of people are complaining about the 1080 sc version

Some of them replace it 3 times and still have problems !

But i guess 1070ti sc is clear with no issues

If you don't have a PC at all, probably just get an R3 2200G system and use the decent iGPU until next gen GPUs are out or you can find a good deal on a used GPU.
