Can the Radeon R7 250 play games?

I was wondering if this graphics card can play games like FIFA 18, Overwatch, The Crew 2 or games like those. It can be on low settings I don't really care. Just looking for a cheap graphics card that can play some games, if not, can you recommend anything around this price? Thanks!

All graphics cards can play games.

 

do you want to play them well?  desired resolution and FPS would be more helpful.

1920x1080 or 1080x720 is ok at 30-60 fps and low to med settings,

You're probably not going to play The Crew 2 on that card.

Overwatch should be okay at low, though.

then you definitely need a more powerful card.

 

Look at a used R9 290x.  or maybe a RX560.

Used cards. Don't bother with crappy cards because you'll end up spending more upgrading more and never have good performance
