I've had my 6600k for 2 years now and just recently bumped the OC from 1.35v 4.3Ghz to 1.4v 4.5Ghz with max temps reaching of 76c during aida64 stability test. That got me thinking about the lifespan of my cpu. How many years should I expect for my cpu to last under this kind of OC? My PC usually runs 12 hours a day with low to moderate cpu load.

is it fixed voltage or adaptive?  I have my 6600k set for 4.6ghz at 1.35v, but I have it set to adaptive voltage so it actually spends most of its life under 1v

I don't think it's adaptive, because it stays high all the time. How do I change the setting for it? Here's my motherboard's manual: http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-z170-gaming-k3_e.pdf
