Malaysian Credit Cards for Online things?

Quick question, I've been quite curious as to why Malaysians are quite limited online, ie. Cant use YouTube Superchat, enable crypto trading in coinbase, or receive donations in the form of credit cards from livestream.

Is it a legal thing or?

I tried asking in a malaysian forum but received no good explanation, so i figured maybe someone here knows it

This doesn't only affects Malaysia too I believe.

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Malaysia may block things like YouTube. Or

some companies don’t trust certain countries because of large amounts of fraud.
