Gigabyte ga-7tesm help

Hey all, I have a gigabyte ga-7tesm motherboard with two x5660 CPUs and ram in the d0 c0 slots but it won't post and idk why. Led 2 flahses even if I have a cpu in one socket and not the other and when I have CPUs in both
