Hey guys i would like to have some of your input. I will order a new phone tomorrow and Iam still torn where to spend my money my budget is around 350~€ if its a good deal i ca pay up to 450(but please suggest phones that are at or below 400€ price unless you know something that is really amazing for a little more) Don't suggest used or last year phones only interested in phones that have been released in 2018 Brand is not' really important as long as it is Android without tons of bloatware. Battery life isn't as important as long as it can handle video playback for 4~ hours its fine. Quick charging and bluetooth 5 is a must. Priority to phones with Snapdragon 710 but from my exprience there are not a lot of phones with it. Also preffer no notch. And i would like to have a headphone jack. Well everything else is up to you.
Thanks in advance

So.. What did you decide to get?

Thinking about getting new phone as well, but I sort of want recent hardware and screen up to 5'5" MAX, which is kind of hard to get with 2018 devices

Ex-EX build: Liquidfy C+... R.I.P.

Ex-build:

Meshify C – sold

Ryzen 5 1600x @4.0 GHz/1.4V – sold

Gigabyte X370 Aorus Gaming K7 – sold

Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB @3200 Mhz – sold

Alpenfoehn Brocken 3 Black Edition – it's somewhere

Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse – ded

Intel SSD 660p 1TB – sold

Yeah, I'm considering Honor 10 as well.
Xiaomi Mi 8 SE looks pretty nice on the paper as well, but no headphone jack, which is kind of a deal breaker.

Do you know if you have to pay VAT/import taxes when buying from Gearbest? I'm from EU as well

I would went with a XZ1 Compact, has more Power, batterie life and Oreo out of the box despite being a 2018 phone

The screen resolution is horrible battery is small but when considering the screen size should be about equal but the soc 835 is really power hungry so in the end i think honor  10 has better battery life honor 10 also has oreo out of the box also its more expensive than honor the camera isn't as good either. And finally about power Kirin 970 is about equal in power to Kirin 970 from what i seen. Especially with new gpu and cpu turbo from Huawei.

Honor 10 is a great phone for that price. Depending on deals, might get it for 340€ instead 399.

If you don't like Huawei EMUI, but want stock android: Nokia 7 Plus.

Don't mind Xiaomi's MIUI? Xiaomi Mi8. Flaggship phone for around 400 bucks.

I would honestly not get the Moto X4. it's a competetive device kinda, but:

- It launched a Year ago.  Since it's not Android One, probably only Updates for 1 year

- This "old" you can see in the outdated 16:9 screen.

- it has 32gb Storage and only 3gb Ram, and costs more than a Xiaomi A1^(64gb Variant with 4gb Ram), that launched few Months ago.

Xiaomi A1 is cheaper and better overall, except you need NFC. Moto X4 has it.

Did exactly that got Honor 10 for 340€ from gearbest as i used p9 lite for two years before switching to honor 10 so iam quite used to Emui even with its flaws. Iam only concerned about privacy a little bit. I don't have anything to hide i just like having some personal space :D

I don´t know where you live, but tests say that the honor has nothing to compete in terms to battery life. Prices differs also said that the compact is less expensive. You said Bluetooth 5 is a must. Good to know the compact has and the honor don´t. These are facts
