What is the best motherboard for overclocking an 8700k to 5Ghz

So im finally upgrading my FX-8350 system to a system with an 8700k but I want to push my new CPU to the limits and I want to know which motherboard is best for overclocking an 8700k to 5Ghz. Please help me! Thanks

Something from the higher end Asus lineup, most likely. They tend to make pretty good overclocking boards.

A delid is going to help more than a very expensive motherboard.
 

Basically anything at $200 from ASUS/ASrock/GIgabyte should be fine

I got a 7700k to 5.3 on a <100$ board by delidding

 

Asus boards are where its at though. Pick up one of their mid to high end boards

I have a gigabyte gaming 7 with my 8700k... I'm not happy with it and this is my 3rd build using a gigabyte board, I will try Asus next time.

i5-4440k @3.2GHz, gigabyte ga-z87x-ud5h z87, 24GB DDR3, 3x1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD.

The mobo I have, MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon, has also received quite a few positive reviews and people reaching 5Ghz easily. I can also reach 5GHz, if I push voltages, but then I run into thermal issues, so I got a bit unlucky with my CPU.
