Going to build this rig but need help with parts

I'm building this to have a powerful pc that is futureproof, mostly for gaming, rarely for 3d and video editing

Budget: 750 euros max

Location: Romania

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 Coffe Lake, Hexa Core, 3.60GHz, 12MB, Socket 1151, BOX

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 TI Cerberus Advanced Edition 8GB DDR5 256-bit (planning to buy this gpu next year, untill than gonna use my 1050 ti 4gb asus strix OC)

RAM: HyperX FURY Red 1x8GB DDR4, 2666Mhz, CL16 (planning to upgrade to 2x8gb later)

Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M HD3, Socket 1151

Storage: HDD Seagate BarraCuda 1TB, 7200rpm, 64MB cache, SATA III (planning to get a second 1tb drive later)

SSD WD Green, 120GB, SATA III, 2.5

PSU: Corsair VS Series CP-9020098-EU, 650 W, PFC Activ, ATX 2.31, 12 cm fan, Black (only want this if you find my old PSU too weak: Sirtec - High Power Element BRONZE 500W which i used for many years now in diferent systems and never failed)

So what i would like to know, are these parts compatible with each other? and do i need to change my 500w psu for this system or can i keep the old psu and get a 2tb hdd instead?

i usually have around 5-6 usb devices connected (lit keyboard, lit mouse, lit headset, camera, microphone, usb drive) along a 2.1 audio system and a headset in the same jack, display is a 32 inch philips tv 1080p cause i broke my screen and honestly dont want to change this xD also have a second monitor connected sometimes in 720p      so is 500w enough or do i need that 650 psu? (selected 650 cause it was the cheapest option from the 500-800 range altho there's a 750w that's cheaper, but that might be an overkill)

thanks to prices in romania, this build fits exactly into my budget
