Anyone have periodic system freezes with the AMD 18.7.1 drivers?

So I was just curious if anyone else was having this same issue because it happened to me before in an earlier driver. When I upgrade from 18.5.1 which is the recommended driver to the optional 18.7.1 my systems display will freeze every second. The only way to make this go away is to downgrade back to the 18.5.1 drivers. Seems a bit weird.
