A soft bag case idea for a PC. Modding.

Hello everyone :). I am moving soon to a new country. Even though I am I have a month time and I'm very bored. I was thinking of making my pc a bit portable and I thought what if I make a case out of my old college bag which I don't use anymore? Sorry if this sounds ridiculous to you but I'm just thinking nothing decided yet.:P But that's why I want help from you guys.

The bag I have is pretty spacious. attached a picture. The board I have inside my pc is a micro-atx. I have a graphics card which I could possibly "lie down" inside using a PCI-E riser cable. And my idea is that I mod the bag in such a way that it opens like a laptop. with a screen attached on the upper side and the rest comfortably seated below. Somehow not causing any static issues, and padding the components so that they don't cause friction with each other or move around. For me, I am thinking it shouldn't be a problem. But you guys are the pros so I need advice on it. Anything I'm not taking into the picture? anything I'm missing out? please advise me on it.

effectively put it shoe boxes, inside the bag, and use riser cards to link the boxes. to secure it in place put bolts/hole through the bag to hold it all in place

Cant really see it being safe in transport or have propper breathing holes. I did one portable mod in a tool case, and it's rigidity was keeping parts safe. If you want it to be ligter, you could use some laptop screen but it needs to be connected to some controller as those only come with a ribbon connection.

you can sort of pull it of,but the problems may arise in cooling, rigid placement(mobo and gpu bending, fan obstructed by fabric) and static

get some rigid cardboard(the non corrugated ones),or a shoebox and some screws to securely place them and leaving enough breathing room for your fans, and provide adequate ventilation.

if you are going to use laptop displays, you will need a separate controller to drive them(which requires a separate 12V >5A power supply ),else you can search for a cheap led monitors like this. and remove its housing and place it inside

These monitors come with a separate power brick hence it'll be more easier to mod it as long as no wires are cut
