Why do you need another one.

What are you doing with your first one that is so demanding

What are you doing that necessitates SLI? SLI is awful in general and isn't worth the second GPU.

Mining.

I mean, the mining craze is kinda dying out man. Are you sure you want to invest the money in a second GPU for just this purpose and not an ASIC machine?

ASIC machine I have to research that. I've fallen off on my information about this so I lost track of the new direction mining has went. originally i planned on getting 2gpu's for gaming and mining but now just thought about getting a TI. If you're saying that mining methods are different now then i'll go another what and just stick to what i have

hey sorry for not responding but I've decided not even to bother but I do have a NEW Question.. I'm using a PSU Calculator and estimating all that I have and what I plan on adding on which is extra ram to bump what I have to 32gb's another fan for my cpu cooler and the Elgato Pro internal recorder.. What the calculator estimates that i'll be using 631watts of my 650 and thats w/OUT the Elgato. Do you think I need to get 750psu to compensate?

PSU calculators overestimate by a ton. They're useless. 750W is roughly what you'd want in a system running overclocked SLI 1080 Tis.

The more important thing is the model of the PSU. If it's a crappy PSU, you should replace it anyway. If it's a good PSU, you're absolutely fine with a 1080 Ti.
