So I've had this Coolermaster Thunder 600W power supply for around 3 years and it came with a prebuilt PC, the problem is I fear it's dying the reason being I can hear crackling during general use and it gets especially loud under load during gaming. My question is what is the sign of a dying power supply?

My Specs are:

Rx 480 , ryzen 5 2600 , x370 motherboard , few hard drives and SSD's and nothing is overclocked.

I found this odd as well are these voltages normal, ( from aida64)

I wish we had a banner pinned on this subforum that says the following:

SOFTWARE CANNOT MEASURE OUTPUT OF YOUR PSU. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN THE SOFTWARE AND YOUR PSU

That was somewhat obnoxiously large, no?

Also yes, your PSU is probably dying as it's a CM Thunder.

Given that it's a CM Thunder you should replace it even if it does work

It cannot measure it directly at least. Technically, you are measuring the readouts of the various voltages, but you are not going to have results that are guaranteed, and hardware is best for that.

Displaying 7V for a 12V readout, even if the software is off by 15%, is pretty bad. And I also wouldn't outright just dismiss numbers just because they came from software. They're not 100% accurate, but they can also give you a good idea of what is going on in a build.

I mean, the warranty should be your first indication.

It's built for the pricepoint it was sold at, let's just say that much. You see an 80 PLUS rating? That's always a good start, just having one.

If the thing were operating at 7V then even the craptastic unit OP has would shut down.

Possible. I don't know anything about the unit, so no idea what's in it or how bad the unit is. There doesn't seem to be much online about it either.
