Pc turns on but freezes before it boots into windows

As you can see from the images attached the pc turns on and all fans spin except gpu but it freezes on the msi bios menu. The pc just randomly shut off when playing dark souls 3 and now won’t turn back on. Please help. Also occasionally it will say “preparing automatic repair” on this screen.

Try clearing the Cmos. That chip, is were all the changed to the BIOS are keep.

 

It's possible something changed. Look in owner manual on how to do it.

will I have to re install windows after doing that?

No need to reinstall. You should be fine. It may not fixe the problem but you never know

 

It's possible you may a bad memory stick. Try booting with only one stick at a time , if you have 2 or more. Try them ,one by one
