Best (used) CPU/Mobo for $100 total?

Thats what I meant by putting OEM in quotes.  Many of the ~$40 boards are SKU's where the same basic design was sold to OEM manufacturers.  Asus and many others have boards like this.

 

The Asus P8H61-M LE is a good example of something I would say is "OEM" quality.  Decent enough quality to run for years and years, similar to Dell Precision or HP XW series OEM systems, but it has user tweakable settings in the BIOS/UEFI.

 

The H81 boards are priced at about the same as the H61 boards.
