You could get the red dragon keyboard and mouse from the 25 dollars and less LTT videos for cheap mice and keyboards.

Mad for a monitor, IF it has VGA, eBay will have a vast selection.

Otherwise it might have HDMI which should work with most modern TVs

Video Editing/ Main Usage

If you are truly only using this for your general usage and some video editing, you don't really need to go balls to the walls on peripherals. If I were you I would go with a mechanical keyboard just because they are a dream to type on and mechanical switches are built to last a lot longer than membrane switches, and as far as the mouse goes as long as it has a half decent sensor you should be totally fine. Monitors these days are pretty nice even for the cheap ones so I wouldn't worry about that much either.

Here's some ideas:

Keyboards:

This one has a small footprint which might be nice in a smaller workspace and has mechanical blue switches: https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-KUMARA-Backlit-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01LXD7TP9/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1533181383&sr=8-3&keywords=mechanical%2Bkeybaord&th=1

This one also has mechanical blue switches and is a full size keyboard:

Mice:

I'm a firm believer of mice being ergonomic especially for productivity.

This is a wireless mouse which would be perfectly fine to use for editing and general usage. Not having no wire is a nice feature to have as well especially if you aren't gaming. Its also built with ergonomics in mind and looks like it would be very comfortable: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Compact-Ergonomic-Wireless-Scrolling/dp/B0787BW96T/ref=sr_1_26_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1533181558&sr=1-26-spons&keywords=mouse&th=1

This mouse is wired but is also ergonomic and has fantastic customer reviews: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Compact-Ergonomic-Wireless-Scrolling/dp/B0787BW96T/ref=sr_1_26_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1533181558&sr=1-26-spons&keywords=mouse&th=1

Monitors:

This monitor is full HD 1080p at a 75hz refresh rate and has good customer reviews at a very good price: https://www.amazon.com/Sceptre-E248W-1920R-Ultra-1080p-Monitor/dp/B01HIA63AU/ref=sr_1_12?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1533181939&sr=1-12&keywords=monitor

Sometimes an ultra wide monitor can be very useful for video editing because you get more screen real-estate and this one is at a pretty good price and has good customer reviews as well. Its advertised as a gaming monitor but should be awesome for video editing as well. Its also only 50$ more than the one listed above. Full 1080p HD and 60hz refresh rate: https://www.amazon.com/LG-25UM56P-25-Class-UltraWide/dp/B0170TSYGK/ref=sr_1_19?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1533182145&sr=1-19&keywords=ultrawide+monitor

Hope that helps you out!
