Two Different RAM Sets Appear to Be the Same

I have come across two different sets of RAM - both are G.Skill Ripjaws V Series (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory, but they also have a $10 price difference. I have looked at all the specs and hey appear to be the same. Can someone tell me the difference and help me decide which would be better for my system (with price in mind).

The part numbers appears to be the only part that varies between the two.
