What are these audio options and how do i get rid of them?

Just installed a new mobo and the drivers and when i open a game (in this case Team Fortress 2) it shows these weird options and i cant find where to turn them off, Google hasn't helped either.

What headphones do you have? Chances are that if you had to install software for them, that's what it is.

Also, level 135 tier 3 hmu

@Dan Castellaneta My headphones are some old-ish turtle beach, i dont know the exact type but they say "Ear force Recon" on the side. Also so far its only in tf2...

Hmm.

Hate to ask, but does removing the custom HUD do anything?

@Dan Castellaneta I was beginning to think it was the hud, i just removed but the settings are still on screen

Check Task Manager and see if anything that would pertain to that is running, then go from there.

@Dan Castellaneta Not sure what to look for, but it doesnt seem to change when tf2 is running vs when it is not
