Audio desynch youtube videos

Hey guys anyone heard of this before? And anyone has an idea because for me it like -just- started...

Don't know what info to provide other that I reinstalled the audio drivers for a start and switched to Firefox instead of chrome...

Also have this issue from time to time. Restarting Chrome or unplugging and replugging my audio device works.

Still haven't got it fixed ...

 

But I DID find out my video is lagging behind. (As the music continues normally annd the screen jumps forward)

Also what are the crackling noices every now and then? So far as I know it's only with youtube videos.
