Gigabyte Fusion RGB Not working

So I wanted to download the fusion rgb software on my x470 gigabyte motherboard but the software says i need to download App Center even so I already have. 

 

Im wondering how come and I cant figure it out after spending an hour of troubleshooting

I really have no clue. I would contact Gigabyte about it.
