About 2k$ (+- 200$). USA, CA. 

P.S. I already have a 1080TI.

2. Aim

Coding + penetration testing (+ other stuff like Sandboxes, VM, Machine Learning, Data Analysis).

3. Monitors

I've got two Dell 27" 2k.

5. Why are you upgrading?

Ideally: 64GB RAM; 512GB m2 SSD; 512GB(or 1TB. I mean if a difference in price between 0.5TB and 1TB 30-40% ) SATA SSD. I don't need a regular HDD.
