Program to stream desktop for movie

I want to watch my my gf a movie but she`s far  away. So i need a program that can stream at the best quality my desktop.

The only ones that i know are   skype and discord. Are there better ones? ( and free ofc)

A little different way - Emby and proper router configuration. And external IP of course.

Or at least some light web server like Fenix (and router configuration and external IP) and some good player that can play http files.

Streaming desktop is not proper way - you can't do that for movie stream.
