What type of ram do i have to buy fo upgrade laptop ram?

so i am going to by a Lenovo L480 from my local "website" the plain model with lowest hardware, i get it at 50% off and i only need 4gb of 2400mhz ram for my needs, it runds on " 4GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM" and was wondering if ths ram was compatible: https://www.komplett.no/product/1022147/datautstyr/pc-komponenter/minnebrikker/crucial-ddr4-so-dimm-2400mhz-4gb

Note: This ia a Norwegian website

will this ram be compatible to upgrate do 8gb ram for the l480 or do i need something else?

Thank you!

check whether the laptop has a spare SODIMM slot (or RAM slot) first. I've seen laptops with only 1 slot which means replacing the old stick.

took a look for you, your laptop has 2 ram slots and can take up to 8gb total. The ram you have selected will work fine.
