Good security camera software for IP cameras on windows?

I had asked before last time I had issue and got some suggestions for software but then my issues were fixed and I kept using my iffy software. So here I am again looking for new suggestions for a software for windows 10 for my security cameras. Currently using dcs100 aka d-viewcam aka main console and it works and then stops and it likes to do strange glitches where it fights AV and  malware software... so if anyone had a suggestion for a  software similar to that in function and ability but better and well supported then that would be awesome.

Blue Iris(License) or Shinobi (Open Sourced-Free) or just ONVIF manager if you just want to view the cameras.

People were saying there is no support team at all. Besides that not much.

I've had good luck with Blue Iris. Getting it setup can be difficult but once working I haven't had a problem. My wife and I use the mobile app on a nearly daily basis and it connects right away.

Why do you want support? I found I can fix any issue occur through forums user/googling?

If you want support go try Shionbi their discord channel is really active and dev is really nice. It just Shinobi don't have ui interface and everything is web gui which I actually prefer more.

Well then maybe I'll try it. It's not that I want support, it's more that a bad support team is usually a sign of a bad product.

I am pretty sure blue iris is run by a single person or a small group. They don't have actual support team, if you really want support you want to look at other product which are more business orientated.

It doesn't really show sign of bad product but probably a one man operation.

I have always had luck with Blue Iris. They have a good support network on some online forums to deal with most problems. Or if you wanna spend a little more money, Milestone Systems makes some great software, which is what I am using now.

I've been using BlueIris for a few years without issue.  I used the support email once in that time because I misplaced my activation email.  They/he responded within a day.

For support for BlueIris I use the ipcamtalk.com forums.
