Quadro P3200 (or P1000) vs GTX 1050

I'm thinking goof buying a new laptop, but i'm looking for advice on the graphics card to choose.

The Msi WS63 with a Quadro P3200 or a XPS 15 with a 1050ti ?

They are pretty similar except for the GPU's they ship with.

I do NOT play any tipe of games.

The things that i use are:

  • Premiere pro
  • After effects
  • Blender
  • Da vinci resolve
  • Photoshop
  • Audition

I read that the quadros are better for 3d rendering and Adobe suggests using them for better performance, but I also found multiple threads where people say that the GTX series is better. It's not very clear to me, should i get the quadro since i play zero games? Would it help performance in my use case scenarios? I'm also thinking about getting serious with learning animation.

P.s. I also really like the Hp Zbook series, but they ship with P1000's and those cards are not VR ready. There is also a P4200 series, but it seemed overkill.

the p3200 is a faster card and  basically a 1070.

adobe doesn't care about quadros, and really don't need much gpu power.

there is a precision version of that xps 15 that has a xeon and quadro.

I don't see the point of the quadro for those programs listed, id go geoforce. here
