Games are crashing. (corsair error)

I recently had to reinstalled windows because a disk check failed and corrupted everything. After reinstalling everything, certain games are crashing (Rainbow 6, The Division, and maybe more) Nothing is in event viewer, I already updated drivers. I tried reinstalling windows again (keeps personal files), turning off my overclock, nothing is working. I tried using driver verifier and it said corsairgamingaudioamd64.sys had a problem. More info about the crash is in the minidump file

What games are you playing?
What is the nature of the crash? Does the PC shut off completely, does the computer freeze, does it crash to desktop?
Are there any error messages given when the game crashes?
Does it happen in any other programs or only when playing games?

Do you have a corsair headset? Probably not your issue, but if your corsair headset has software then to fix that you might want to try reinstalling the software that comes with the headset. (Download the latest version from the website).

When you reinstalled everything, was that to a new working HDD or the same HDD that was failing and corrupting data?

most of the time the game just closes out and nothing much more happens. I haven't had any problems other than in games. I do have a corsair headset and this is the same hard drive but i did an disk error check with HD tune and it said no errors.

If I'm reading that right it sounds like it's a user permissions error? (Honestly not sure, don't think I've ever seen that before).
The account you log into the system/windows with, is that set as the administrator or is it set as another user?

Are the games stored on a separate HDD or the same HDD as the OS? Maybe re-installing the games may help since you have reinstalled the OS it might not have the right permissions set to access the files. If they're steam games you can also try the "Verify Game Integrity" to check that the files are correct.
Right click the game in your games list > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Integrity
