Motherboard screw struck PLEASE HELP!!

The retailer who assembled the PC yesterday didn't do it properly coz I couldn't put my USB behind the case so I tried to reinstall everything but while doing that the screw got stuck please help me out .....

get a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. Hold the standoff with the pliers and screw the screw that's stuck out

Use pliers to grab the standoff and screw the screw delicately from the other side, it should get out. Just be careful and don't scratch any traces on the motherboard.

Okay, as the people above stated, remove the screw while holding the standoff with a pair of pliers.  Now, the neat trick is when you put the standoff back in the mobo.  Just before putting the standoff back in the mobo, add a drop or two of clear fingernail polish, not more than that because it's not needed, into the hole where the standoff goes.  This will help the standoff to stay inside the mount so that you shouldn't have any problems with it coming out the next time you remove the standoff from the mobo.  I have used this method many times in the past without a single problem.
