ssd from snadisk not showing up in disk man? no way to format it!

Go to solution Solved by NotRichard,

hey i figured out how to format it! its unecsasarily complicated but it worked somehow!

the steps

-go to settings

-system

-storage

 -manage storage spaces

this opens up a control panel window

-create a simple parity drive pool with just the drive you need it to.

format it and it makes it a new drive!

this is on a ryzen 1600x system with the x370killer sli from asrock. my main drive is a HDD as im getting this ssd configured.

I just recently picked up this ssd and was super pumped to plug it in and move all my crap onto it. here i am 4+ restarts and no closer to my goal.

ive tried disk man, 3rd party disk managers, but the only 3 places ive found to show it are "create a new drive pool" "device manager" and the bios.

ive searched forum after forum for my answere but nothing has helped, ideas or suggestions? win 10

Request a refund from Amazon. Do you have another computer to test this? Do you plug it in SATA 3 6GB/s?
