Moving prebuilt pc parts into new case

Hey guys. My older brother handed me down his Asus G11 pc. It is equipped with an i5-7400, 12GB Ram, and a GTX 1050. I want to upgrade the case and power supply. The case I am putting it into is a Phanteks P300. I am worried that the motherboard isn't compatible with the case. I am pretty sure that the motherboard is a mini-atx asus h110. If I am correct, it should fit in the case. But I am worried that since it is from a prebuilt computer, it might have some weird dimensions and not fit. What should I do?
