Removable Plastic Cover on Cryorig H7?

I was wondering if the plastic heatsink cover on the Cryorig H7 is removable. I was hoping to paint it white with Plasti Dip.

That's a good Question. (Welcome to the forums BTW) I'd test it on mine I just got, but the heatsink's positioning in my mITX case doesnt allow for easy access of it :o Hopefully someone else is able to easily determine that.
