never looked at them only ever got one warning when i had a really bad day and took it out on this...less mentally gifted dude. :P rule of thumb: just dont be a dick

Same here. I'm at one warning point too. *mutters something about New Years and being stupid*

 

In general just discuss things like you would with a coworker or something and all is well

coworker doesnt work for me. ill tell my coworkeres to go suck it any day. :D we got a different dynamic at work.

whenever i notice im going off into a dark place with my comments i now try to imagine what if my mother read it...well if she could understand english 

that usually helps me restrain myself from to much profanity and aggression

Sounds like a fun work environment tbh :P.

 

I remember in school somewhere saying that you should imagine your gran seeing whatever you're putting on the Internet. Works pretty well
