CPU sometimes go behind the base clock WITHOUT overclocking.

I don't want and I didn't overclocked my CPU, but sometimes it goes to 3.7ghz instead of 3.6 base.

Is it normal?

 

PC Spec:

CPU - Ryzen 2400g

Drive - Crucial MX500 1TB

RAM - 16gb (2x 8gb) G.skill f4-3200c14d-16gtzr

MB - Asus x470-F

PSU - Be Quiet Straight Power 11 650w

Case - Meshify C

CPU cooler - Stock box cooler

Fans - Stock Meshify C fans

 

Setup

- No GPU, using 2400g integrated graphics.

That's the turbo of the cpu which can go up to 3.9, so it's normal.  It will go under 3.6 as well when idle or doing lesser tasks that don't require much cpu usage at all.  Even if you set it in the bios to be OCed it would still do this.

I just don't want to void my warranty with OC.
