The biggest difference in the chipsets themselves is that the x370 supports crossfire and SLI, the B350 does not.

Generally speaking, inexpensive b350 boards will not have as good of voltage regulation circuits on them, making them less than stellar for overclocking, and slightly less stable in the very long term.

However, between those two boards, I would wager the Asus has the better components and design in the voltage regulation circuit, and both SLI and crossfire are only very slightly more than useless. So I would get the Asus B350 hands down.

The ASRock board doubles the 4 VRM phases for the CPU while Asus uses 4 phases of the 4+2 chip. Not a huge difference though. I'd still go with the X370 board for SLI compatibility.
