GTX 950 at 1540Mhz boost clock good?

I am asking that is it good than GTX950 is overclocked to 1540Mhz of boost clock?

I tried to put to 1550Mhz, but it is unstable after that, And the power limit is 120% which is 120Watts (Original was 90 watts

So is it good or bad for a 950?

also, memory clock is at 3600Mhz

That is a significant improvement. iirc 950 boosted itself around 1188ish

That's a very nice overclock. It's still not gonna perform amazingly because it's still just a 959 but it will be a noticeable improvement over stock.

I've got a 1520MHz 980ti

That's an F in the profile pic
