Though the other monitor does have IPS so viewing from off angles will be better for it. Both are important considerations.

This 27" 60hz has better response time, though a 18 degree narrower vertical viewing angle. Saves you some monmey though.

My guess on that the 144hz will be for gaming while the other will be to montior stream chats/web surf etc. while gaming.
