They are both Platinum. 

 

The i version allows you to monitor power consumption, efficiency, voltages, current on each rail, and also switch multi-rail mode from the default "on" to off. And also change fan behavior to some extent.

There's like 3 or four different models of HX750

 

so it depends on what you compare

 

If you mean the platinum models, both are top notch. Personally I'd go with the HX750i just because of the monitoring options thanks to corsair LINK, but since that psu is a bit old, it is expensive so you'll be fine with the HX750 platinum, if you want corsair LINK then you should look at the cheaper RM650i-RM750i
