That's because it's only using 8% of it?

Down there on that list is "Processor Power Management". Check if the system is allowed to use 100%. If that doesn't work, check your multiplier in BIOS. Reset BIOS if necessary.

And answer directly to people or tag them otherwise they won't know if you post something new.

It seems to be or it is? There's no -ish to it.

And check to what multiplier your CPU is set. I everything is set correctly and it still doesn't work, reset BIOS.

Have you installed any software lately before it all went down? Your CPU is supposed to throttle down if there's no load to save energy. You can deactivate that in BIOS.

Power is at 100% and bios reset didn’t fix anything and my multiplier I’ll send a picture. My pc was working fine then all of a sudden I went to play csgo and it was extremely slow so I investigated and this is what I found

The BIOS stats should show your current clock speed. If that is not at your set 4.4GHz you might have a hardware malfunction. If your BIOS shows full speed and only Windows doesn't you might want to freshly install Windows.

So you DID change something on your system and forgot to mention it.
