Can i interchange evga G2 650w and corsair RM750x cables?

Can i use the cables that came with the G2 with the RM750x and vice versa? or am i asking for trouble?

 

SATA, VGA, and all that

You can not use cables that are not designed for those specific models of PSU or you risk frying your hardware.

suspected as much, alright thanks.

 

I will try not mixing them, but if someone knows for a fact that these 2 models have the same pins and all that, it might make me care less about keeping both cables sets separated.

Sure, you can try and swap the cables but I wouldn't recommend it.  A LOT of PSU cables are proprietary to that particular manufacturer and for some, even to a given particular model of PSU.  But, just because you can swap cables doesn't mean you should.  Remember, to proceed you have to assume full responsibility for what happens afterward.

yeah right, plus i've read that the cable have electrical components in them so... yeah, its a big nope.
