Will a single radiator AIO cooler be enough for a Ryzen 5 1600x?

I want to get my ryzen 5 1600x overclocked to 4.1GHz at a stable voltage, but I have my cooler master masterliquid lite AIO, so will this be enough for that config? I'm currently at 3.9GHz and with my AC turned on, it gets up to 75degress, so bumping up the voltage to 1.42V to push it up to 4.1GHz, will my CPU run too hot?

console.log("way to pro");

It'll be fine.

Generally it's not worth buying a 120mm aio but as you have it already might as well use it.
