Can you activate windows 10 on a clean pc and what are the activation codes.

you get a w7 key from a old pc and use it 

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

Not sure if you can do that anymore. The free upgrade was only for a year.

You can still activate W10 with a 7 or 8.x key, but only if you do it upon installation, not afterwards.

You could if you join Window 10 Insider program, if that is still a thing.
