ram upgrade to 2x16gb?

hello! im having a problem with my brothers pc. he have i7 6700k with gtx 1070ti with 16 gb ram singel channel. when he plays bf1 at ultra his fps will be at 65 and in gta v it will be around 70. i thougt it will be a bottleneck problem.

 

im asking if it would be better if i got another stick of 16gb ram and the fps will be better.

Unless he is running out of memory, it won't not make any difference.
